Position: Recruitment/HR Supervisor
Working location: Taguig

Salary: 30k to 50k
Industry: Manufacturing in Mother and Baby products ( Diaper, Tissue, Paper for hygiene and Napkins)

HR SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. .
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Promote employer branding and improve candidate experience. .
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
Provide training and mentorship to recruitment team members.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in recruitment within Paper Industry, Diaper Industry, FMCG non food is acceptable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
