SALARY: 25,000 - 28,000 WITH SATURDAY SCHEDULE Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.Progress reporting on document status/maintaining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)Perform other related duties and activities as required.Understanding of general human resources policies and proceduresGood knowledge of employment/labor lawsGood interpersonal skillsWith time management skills.Keen to details.
Qualifications
Graduate of Psychology or any related courseAt least 5 years of work experience in HR, 3 years as a Supervisor.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
