Position: HR Supervisor
Industry: Health and Wellness Company
Location: Pasay City
Schedule: Dayshift | Mondays - Saturdays
Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 35,000
Work Set-up: Work on Site

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree holder
At least 2 years of HR Supervisor role
Amenable to work on site
Amenable to attend face to face interview
Amenable to work 6 days in a week

Responsibilities:
Sending out memos or notifications to the workforce for any HR guidelines.
Find, choose, hire, and onboard talent
Create job descriptions, classifications, employment agreements, and salary levels
Arrange for the employees' training and coaching sessions.
Offers performance reviews
Handle employee disputes and perform investigations, and responsible for providing the employees with the Notice to Explain and Warnings
Carry out an inquiry and necessary disciplinary preparations.
Coordinate employee concerns
File and handle incident reports
Process requests for Certificates of Employment and prepare Philhealth Certifications
in SSS/Pagibig Loan Applications, and Save 201 employee resumes for future use.
Other duties and responsibilities may assign from time to time.
