JOB DESCRIPTION• Assists in identifying competency requirements and training needs for employee's talent development.• Ensures plan for career path of an employee if necessary for the satisfaction and retention.• Assists in the implementation of the entire training cycle.• Source and coordinate with 3rd party trainings/seminars and company events.• Facilitates New Employee Orientation (NEO).• Maintains and updates training record of employees.• Facilitates companywide events.• Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time.QUALIFICATIONS• Graduate of any Human Resources, Humanities or Psychology degree.• At least one (1) year experience in Human Resources is preferred.• Knowledgeable in HR functions preferably in Training and Development.• Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office and English language.
