JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assists in identifying competency requirements and training needs for employee's talent development.
• Ensures plan for career path of an employee if necessary for the satisfaction and retention.
• Assists in the implementation of the entire training cycle.
• Source and coordinate with 3rd party trainings/seminars and company events.
• Facilitates New Employee Orientation (NEO).
• Maintains and updates training record of employees.
• Facilitates companywide events.
• Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of any Human Resources, Humanities or Psychology degree.
• At least one (1) year experience in Human Resources is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in HR functions preferably in Training and Development.
• Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office and English language.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
