- Sourcing potential candidates from online channels, job boards, and social media
- Creating and updating job descriptions
- Posting job openings on the company's website, social media, and job boards
- Reviewing incoming resumes and application forms
- Conducting interviews by phone, video, or in-person
- Sending job offer emails and answering questions about compensation and benefits
- Tracking key HR metrics, such as time-to-fill and time-to-hire
- Attending job fairs and hosting in-house recruitment events
- Working with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Acting as a consultant to new hires and helping them onboard
