Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Staff member to join our Human Resources team. The HR Staff will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and recordkeeping. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
-Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
-Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job roles, compensation details, and performance appraisals. Ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets, attendance, and other payroll-related data.
-Benefits Administration: Support employees with benefits enrollment, updates, and inquiries. Coordinate benefits programs and maintain accurate records of employee participation.
-Employee Relations: Assist in managing employee relations by addressing concerns, helping to resolve conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.
-Training and Development: Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other employee development programs. Assist in tracking employee development activities and compliance.
-Compliance: Ensure HR activities comply with labor laws and company policies. Assist with audits and reporting as required by local, state, and federal regulations.
-Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing performance evaluations and feedback from managers.
-HR Administration: Handle HR administrative duties, including preparing HR documents, generating reports, and assisting in HR projects.
Other Duties: Assist in special HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
