Job Summary:
The HR Staff is responsible for providing support in various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role assists in maintaining a productive, legally compliant, and efficient work environment that aligns with the company's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Assist in job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with department heads.
Ensure that new employees complete all onboarding procedures, including contracts, employee forms, and orientation.
Employee Relations:
Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Help mediate disputes and resolve issues in alignment with company policies and labor laws.
Support disciplinary actions, maintaining proper documentation and coordinating with department managers.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Assist in processing payroll, monitoring attendance, and updating employee records.
Help manage employee benefits, including health insurance, leave applications, and other benefits.
Compliance and Recordkeeping:
Maintain and update employee files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with labor laws.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation required for government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
Training and Development:
Coordinate employee training programs and assist in performance evaluations.
Support the development of training materials and employee development plans.
Policy Implementation:
Ensure employees understand and adhere to HR policies, including attendance, dress code, and other workplace guidelines.
Assist in developing and revising HR policies and procedures as needed.
Administrative Support:
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, maintaining HR databases, and preparing reports.
Provide support to the HR Manager in special projects and company-wide initiatives.
