•Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly.•Arrange and conduct onboarding for new hires. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to hiring activities (staffing & recruitment)•Ensuring and compiling all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status. (hard and soft copies)•Submit job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews•Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees•Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties•Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.•Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG)
