Assist in the recruitement and onboarding process by posting job openeings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes, including filing and documentationSupport the implementation and communication of HR policies and proceduresAssist in performance management processes, including the preparation of performance appraisal documentsCoordinate employee benefits administration, including health insurance and leave management, resignation processTimekeeping and payrollCompany organizational chartPrevious experience in HR roles (atleast 5 years)Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practicesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in Microsoft OfficeDiscretion and ability to handle confidential informationWilling to relocate in Doha Qatar.
