**Requirements**:

- Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Management
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience is required for this position.
- Proven track record in end-to-end HR management
- Experience in payroll processing and timekeeping
- Willing to work in Valenzuela City

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute and supports the day to day operations of the HR department
- Process documentation and prepare reports
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, etc) and takes minutes
- Responsible for recruitment, facilitates screening, interview and exams
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Employee Relations
- Employee Discipline
- Training and Development
- External Relations
- Provides administrative support and other admin related duties.
**Soft and Technical Skills**:

- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Gmail
- Business writing
- Strong business acumen and accuracy in reports
- Knowledge in graphic design is a plus
- Knowledge in labor policies and government mandated contributions
- With good moral character and professional work ethic
- Detail-oriented, diligent and self-motivated
- Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and must be able to work with mínimal supervision
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Pleasant and outgoing personality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Valenzuela City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
- Clerical works: 1 year (preferred)
- HR works: 1 year (preferred)
