Job Description:

• Maintain accurate personnel records, including historical data on each employee
• Perform initial screening of qualified applicants, conduct initial interview, and administer exams – Head Office based
• Accomplish invites of applicants daily – 10-20 applicants
• Able to handle heavy volume of recruitment in a timely manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Conducts company orientation to newly hired employees
• Perform timekeeping
• Prepares memos, letters, and other correspondence
• Handles issuance of disciplinary actions
• Meeting deadlines with accuracy
• Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the department
• Other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior

Job Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• With very good communication skills both in oral and written
• With good judgment dealing with sensitive and confidential information
• Must have good sense of responsibility and strong initiative
• Highly organized and with an ability to do multi-tasking
• With good interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently
• Able to meet deadlines
• With strong prioritization skills and attentive to details
• Applicants must be willing to work in MANDALUYONG CITY.
