-Handles recruitment, selection and placement activities and requirements of the company. This involves creating job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.-Conducts New Employee orientation sessions, paperwork completion (Pre-employment requirements and company policies), and providing information about company culture, expectations, and benefits.-Handles office administration-Safe keep 201 files-Updates Benefits section regarding changes in employee's status for life and health insurance.-Update status of employees to government agencies-Assist superior in implementation of employee relation program-Provides support to immediate superior in the design and development of training plans implementation of training programs.-Performs other task that may assigned from time to timeJOB REQUIREMENTS:-Graduate of BS Psychology, Industrial Relations or any related course-Preferably with at least 6 months experience in HR-Fresh graduates are welcome to applySKILLS-Computer literate-Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skill-Attention to details
