Graduate of 4 year course of BS Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Behavioral Science
With at least 3 years of work experience as a HR Staff or HR Generalist
Fluency in English both oral and written
Highly communication and presentation skills
Mentally and physically fit
Good mental and analytical ability
Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of HR functions, and understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Knowledgeable with the employment standards and all related updates
Can effectively collaborate with all employees from Management to rank and file
