**JOB SUMMARY **:Monitors the performance and trainings of employees.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- BS/AB Psychology graduate or any related courses.
- With at least one year experience as HR COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Knowledgeable in all facets in HR is advantage.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepares request for payment for monthly contributions and loan payments for SSS, Philhealth & Pag-Ibig.
- Processes and monitors benefits of employees such as:

- Magna Carta for Women
- Paternity Leave
- SL yearly conversion
- Allowance of employees
- Preparation of SSS remittances and SSS loans
- Prepares report on employees loans, Philhealth and PAG-IBIG Contribution
- Monitors the status of SSS and PAG IBIG Loan.
- Monitors transaction to SSS, PAG-IBIG, Philhealth and BIR to with:

- SSS sickness notification and reimbursement.
- Updates dependent for taxation purposes.
- Process government loans.
- Does the following report to government agencies, regarding report of new e employees under probationary status:

- R1a
- RF1a
- 1902/1905
- PAG-IBIG (e-reporting)
- Updates HR Bulletin board
- Promotion
- Commendation
- Birthday corner
- Announcements
- Hiring/Job Vacancy
- Participates during Anniversary and Christmas Party.
- Does preparation of Hospital compliance incentive pay.
- Prepares bereavement benefit of an employee.
- Prepares and release monthly incentives (meal chit) of employees.
- Prepares medical (Blue) folder for regular employees.
- Prepares memo of Monthly updating of records to the concerned department regarding employees additional detection of dependents, including resignation and regularization.
- Requisition of government ID's.
- Encodes overtime of employees.
- Does other task that may be assigned from time to time.
- Undertakes the 5S in the workplace.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php9,000.00 - Php10,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- 13th month salary
