What success looks like in this role: Developing professional HR expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Delivers, manages, markets, customizes and helps develop the solutions, within a defined HR program/process (s) to meet business requirements. Works to understand overall business objectives and apply solutions to enhance operational performance. Ability to positively address human capital issues.
