Supports the implementation of the performance management system.
- Monitors employment status of probationary, reliever project-based employment and sends notices to concerned supervisors to ensure timely submission of 3rd and 5th-month performance evaluation
- Conduct of periodic performance appraisal of employees and consolidates the accomplished performance appraisal forms for review and computation.
- Monitoring and management of Performance Management platform (Appraisd).
- Ensure that all employees' performance evaluation records are maintained in a database and are data processed for performance improvement.
- Sending out Confirmation letters and coordinating with respective departments.
- Analyzes performance data to determine the needed training interventions, and recommends these interventions to the HR - Learning and Development Team.
- Design applicable Performance Management policies, procedures, and forms related to performance management.
- Supports the implementation of L&OD and Engagement initiatives.
- Able to conduct career planning, succession management and spearhead career development initiatives
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or any related course.
- 2-5 years experience in HR Performance Management role or related.
- Have experience in creating, developing and implementing performance management evaluation forms and processes.
- Keen attention to detail and analytical skills,
- Can independently make sound decisions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge in Google Applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides etc.)
- Can work independently and within a team environment
- Can easily adapt to a fast-paced / start-up environment
**Salary**: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
