Responsibilities: Coordinate with different recruitment channels for job postingPosts job vacancies on job hiring portalsScreens applicants, short lists qualified candidates and schedules interviewEndorses qualified applicants to hiring managers for the preliminary and final interviewConducts employee orientation on newly hires Qualifications: Two (2) or more years' experience in HR functionsGraduate of Bachelor of Science major in Psychology or Human Resources Management from a four-year university or equivalent experienceEnsures confidentiality of informationMaintains a high level of professionalismHas ability to work independently, responsible and highly organizedOpen, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environmentAble to learn new technologies
