Responsibilities
• Sources and screens resumes for Rank & File candidates.• Conducts interviews to validate resume details and assess candidates.• Prepares, renews, and/or modifies job offers and employment contracts.• Prepares and ensures completeness of candidates' pre-employment requirements before onboarding.• Monitors and updates recruitment trackers and reports.
Requirements
• Must have experience in volume hiring for retail sales.• Must know effective sourcing channels and screening techniques.• Demonstrates interview, probing, and negotiation skills.• Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing working environment.
