Job Qualification:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.- At least 2 years of experience in performance management or a similar HR role.- Strong knowledge of performance appraisal systems and employee engagement strategies.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:-Develop and implement performance management processes.- Facilitate regular performance reviews and employee feedback sessions.- Monitor employee progress and support development initiatives.- Ensure alignment between employee performance and company goals.- Collaborate with managers to enhance employee engagement and productivity.Salary Range: ?20,000 - ?25,000Work Location: Electronics Ave., FTI-SEZ, Taguig CityWork Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 AM - 6 PM)
