Hr Specialist Organizational Development (Pampanga)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Industrial
Psychology or any relevant courses
- With background in Organizational Development, company structure, job analysis and
employee productivity.
- At least 3 years of relevant experiences
- Familiar with Organizational Charts
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting Job analysis and creating Job Descriptions
- Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to
employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
- Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and job positions.
- Implement major changes in all aspects of operations.
- Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational
goals.
- Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
SALARY RANGE: 25K – 30K
