SALARY RANGE: ? 25,000 – ? 30,000BENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMOWORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PMWORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Science, Psychology, and/or Industrial Psychology- With background in Organizational Development, Company Structure, Job Analysis, and Employee Productivity- At least 3 years of relevant experiences- Familiar with Organizational Charts- Conducting Job Analysis and Creating Job Descriptions- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations- Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and job positions- Implement major changes in all aspects of operations- Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals- Diagnose potential organizational problem areas
