The Specialist is responsible for implementing the employee discipline process and developing programs relative to employee performance, behavior, and discipline on the job and the procedure for corrective measures to ensure good and harmonious working environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Human Resources or other relevant subject.
- At least two (2) years work experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in Employee Discipline is Required.
