Hr Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
? Will help out in different facets of HR, specifically HRIS, Benefits, Compensation & Engagement
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development or relevant work experience
? At least 2 to 3 years of related work experience in HRIS, Benefits, Compensation & Engagement
? Strong initiative, detail-oriented, and results-oriented
? Good communication skills, both written and oral in English
? Proficient in MS Office
? Willing to work on a mid shift schedule (3pm - 12am) or night shift schedule (7pm- 4am, 9pm - 6am)
? Willing to work in Market! Market! BGC and/or Mckinley, Taguig City
? Can start as soon as possible
