**_Job Description: _**
- Responsible for all recruitment and hiring of personnel.
- Directs the human resource management functions including recruitment, personnel selection, staffing, classification, and employee relation practices.
- Drive the performance management process including probationary, semi-annual, and annual performance assessment.
- Coordination of separation process, ensure clearance is being routed, scheduling and conduct of exit interviews.
- Responsible for handling employee grievances in accordance with the Code of Discipline.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation program.
- Develop and implements employee engagement programs for employees.
- Monitoring and updating of Employee Database and files.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Develops, execute and manage the Corporate Social Responsibility programs across the organization.
**_Qualifications and Experience: _**
- At least five (5) years of experience in Human Resources programs & policies required.
- At least five (5) years in the HR Generalist role.
- Excellent time management skills & strong analytical and problem-solving skills and with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of Philippines HR laws and regulations, labor law and compliance.
- Strong communicator in both written and verbal English.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management skills.
