Responsible for providing a human resource generalist function.
Consult with executive on decisions related to HR which impacts the company.
Bridge with management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances
or other issues.
Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Ensure legal compliance though out human resource management.
