We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Specialist with expertise in asset management and human resources functions to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's assets, including physical and human resources, to ensure efficient utilization and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the company's physical assets, including office equipment, facilities, and other tangible resources.

2. Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures to optimize resource allocation and utilization.

3. Conduct regular audits and assessments of company assets to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

4. Collaborate with department officer and managers to forecast asset needs and plan for future acquisitions or disposals.

5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all company assets, including inventory lists, depreciation schedules, and maintenance logs.

6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to asset management.

7. Provide support and guidance to employees on asset-related matters, including procurement processes, asset tracking, and maintenance procedures.

8. Assist the HR team in various human resources functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations.

9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Supervisor/Manager or senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

- Proven experience in asset management, preferably in a corporate setting.

- Strong knowledge of asset management principles, practices, and tools.

- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.

- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

- Certification in asset management or related field is a plus.
