We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant who can also handle HR responsibilities for our remote team. The role will be 1/3 HR/recruitment and 2/3 Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be skilled in PowerPoint presentations and will assist in both executive and HR functions.
Executive Assistant (2/3 of the role) tasks: Calendar Management: Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Email Management: Sort, filter, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO.Document Preparation: Create and edit documents, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.Client Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders.Expense Reporting: Track and report executive expenses.Project Management: Assist in planning and executing projects, ensuring deadlines are met.HR/Recruitment (1/3 of the role) tasks: Talent Acquisition: Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records.Performance Reviews: Coordinate and assist in employee performance evaluations.Offboarding: Assist in the offboarding process, including exit interviews. Requirements :
Bachelor and #x27;s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.Experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Grading Criteria Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.HR Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.Proactivity: Ability to anticipate needs and act on them without waiting for direction.
