Responsibilities
• Operations Manager: Lead and manage the team, responsible for van selling, booking, and key accounts• Sales Supervisor: Supervise sales team, responsible for van selling, booking, and key accounts• Van Salesman: Conduct van selling and manage sales operations• Motorcycle Salesman: Conduct sales operations using a motorcycle• Delivery Drivers: Responsible for delivery operations• Warehouse Checker: Manage warehouse and inventory• Accounting Manager: Oversee accounting department, knowledge in SAP Business One• Accounting Supervisor: Provide supervisory support in accounting, knowledge in SAP Business One• Field Auditor: Perform audits and analyze data• HR Supervisor: Manage HR functions and team• HR Specialist: Specialize in recruitment, employee relations, or compensation & benefits
Requirements
• Operations Manager: Graduate of any four-year course, experience as Operations Manager/Team Leader in a consumer goods distribution company, excellent leadership and communication skills• Sales Supervisor: Graduate of any four-year course, experience as Supervisor in a consumer goods distribution company, excellent leadership and supervisory skills• Van Salesman: Graduate of at least 2-year course, experience in ex-truck operations, excellent sales track record• Motorcycle Salesman: Graduate of at least 2-year course, experience in ex-truck operations, excellent sales track record• Delivery Drivers: Male, High School Graduate or College Level, excellent defensive driving skills• Warehouse Checker: Male, Graduate of any 4-year course, experience in warehousing & inventory management, analytical and communication skills• Accounting Manager: Graduate of B.S in Accountancy, male/female, must be CPA, knowledge in SAP Business One, 8-10 years of experience as Accounting Head/Accounting Manager, excellent academic records• Accounting Supervisor: Graduate of B.S in Accountancy, male/female, must be CPA, knowledge in SAP Business One, 2-5 years of experience as Accounting Supervisor/Accounting Associate, excellent academic records• Field Auditor: Male, Graduate of any business courses/Computer Science/Information Systems course, good scholastic records and analytical skills, good oral and written communication skills• HR Supervisor: Graduate of any 4-year business course, 2-3 years of work experience as Human Resources Supervisor, knowledge and experience in General HR functions, excellent academic records• HR Specialist: Graduate of any 4-year business course, background on Recruitment or Employee Relations or Compensation & Benefits, good academic records, excellent communication and organizational skills
