**Job Qualification**:

- Educational Attainment: College graduate (fresh grads are preferred)
- Skills: Google Suite (Google Docs and Sheets)
- Qualities: self-driven, inquisitive, careful with instructions and particular with details
- Assist in encoding, validating and processing company payroll
- Disseminate company memos and announcements
- Sort, compile, and manage employee records and files
- Screen, schedule and process recruitment and onboarding of new employees

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
