Performs tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs and processes including but not limited to New Hire Orientation, corrective action, probationary/regularization, exit and clearance performance and talent management. Plans and executes employee engagement activities. Support HR Business Partner operations: seeks ways to improve processes within established procedures. Maintains employee records and repositories, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. Provides administrative support to the HR Business Partners and other staff, such as preparing reports, letters, contracts, and other documents. Submit reports to government agencies Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent experience, at least 2 years human resources experience. Experienced as an HR Generalist, or HR Administration / Operations Specialist Personal Effectiveness and Credibility: Ability to communicate and collaborate with individuals and teams within an environment of mutual trust and respect Critical Thinking and Initiative: Ability to analyze events and situations, discern the appropriate course of action and take action. Problem Solving and Analysis: Ability to identify core issues or concerns, analyze root causes and provide both short- and long-term solutions Organization and Detail Orientation: Ability to understand the big picture but at the same time work and keep the details in order.
