An HR Specialist's key responsibilities include:1.Recruitment & Staffing: Managing job postings, interviews, and hiring processes.2.Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitating new hires and exit processes.3.Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll and benefits.4.Employee Relations: Handling grievances and fostering a positive work environment.5.Training & Development: Organizing employee training programs.6.Policy Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.7.Performance Management: Supporting employee evaluations and improvement plans.8.HR Reporting: Maintaining employee records and generating HR reports.1.Health & Safety: Promoting workplace wellness and compliance with safety regulations.Qualifications•Bachelor's degree in HR or similar field •At least 2 years experience in a related field•Relevant experience in an HR supervisory•Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised•Excellent written and verbal communication skills•Strong moral and ethical code•Competency in Microsoft Office, business management, and presentation tools•Excellent administrative skills
