Hr Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Specialist to join our team in Mandaue City, Cebu. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in HR supervision. You will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and administrative tasks, while also contributing to the development of HR strategies that foster a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.- Handle employee inquiries and guide on HR-related issues.- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation.- Assist with training and development programs for staff.- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.Qualifications:- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR supervision.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business tools.- Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.Location: Mandaue City, CebuEmployment Type: Full-Time, On-siteSchedule: Monday to SaturdaySalary: Negotiable (To be discussed during the interview)If you are a motivated HR professional with leadership abilities and a passion for fostering a positive workplace, we invite you to apply!
