Hr Specialist

An HR Specialist's key responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment & Staffing: Managing job postings, interviews, and hiring processes.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitating new hires and exit processes.
3. Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll and benefits.
4. Employee Relations: Handling grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
5. Training & Development: Organizing employee training programs.
6. Policy Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
7. Performance Management: Supporting employee evaluations and improvement plans.
8. HR Reporting: Maintaining employee records and generating HR reports.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in HR or similar field
• At least 2 years experience in a related field
• Relevant experience in an HR supervisory
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong moral and ethical code
• Competency in Microsoft Office, business management, and presentation tools
• Excellent administrative skills
