HR SPECIALIST – ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (1)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
? Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Industrial
Psychology or any relevant courses
? With background in Organizational Development, company structure, job
analysis and employee productivity.
? At least 3 years of relevant experiences
? Familiar with Organizational Charts
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Conducting Job analysis and creating Job Descriptions
? Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff
relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
? Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and job
positions.
? Implement major changes in all aspects of operations.
? Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with
organizational goals.
? Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
SALARY RANGE: 25K – 30K
