Hr Specialist For Employee Engagement (Taguig City)

Assists the Employee Engagement Manager in conducting employee engagement activities to ensure a conducive and harmonious work environment.
Processes documentation for grievances and disciplinary cases.
Handles the employee exit process.
Ensures that the commissary is compliant with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) requirements.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (Human Resources, Legal Management, or Psychology is preferred)
- With at least 2 years of relevant experience, specifically in handling Company Engagement activities
- Knowledgeable of DOLE requirements
- Knowledgeable in spearheading company events and activities; conceptualization and implementation
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills; can deal with all levels in the organization
- Willing to work in FTI, Taguig
