Hr Specialist (Employee Relations)

Develops and implements a comprehensive communications strategy that raises awareness and advances the goals of the organization as well of the HR and Crewing Departments to promote awareness among employees
Provides writing and editing support across the HR organization to ensure high quality and consistent messaging
Ensures that the employee relations policies and procedures re abreast with the latest labor law, issuances orders
Handle and responds to employee's offenses against company policy by monitoring submission of incident reports, issuance of Notice to Explain(NTE)
Represents the company before DOLE hearings and litigations for immediate settlement of the labor disputes /cases.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or Psychology. Graduate of LLB/JD is an advantage but not necessary
At least 2 years experience in handling employee relations and organization communication
Team player, with good interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
Use of Canva or any editing program/software. At least three (3) years experience in handling employee relations and organization communication
