Hr Specialist - Employee Relations And Engagement

CHG Global Inc. (World Balance) is currently in need of EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST.
Minimum Qualifications:

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Have in-depth knowledge on the existing labor law practices.
- Willing to be assigned in Head Office located at 6th Avenue, Caloocan City.
Key Functions:

- Implement, policies, programs and procedures related to Employee Relations.
- Inform and guide the employees on rules and regulations of the company and the procedures that need to be followed to ensure compliance.
- Monitor company and employee adherence to labor agreements.
- Develop and communicate positive employee relation strategies and retention initiatives that foster and promote a culture of excellence.
- Conducts investigations of workplace violations and administer a progressive disciplinary policy and procedure.
- Conduct exit management for resigned and terminated employees.
- Monitor completion of clearance processing of separated employees.
- Develop and disseminate employee health and safety program and policies as required by legislation.
