Hr Specialist - Employee & Labor Relation

**Big E Food Corporation (Lemon Square)** is currently in need of **HR Specialist - Employee & Labor Relations **who will be responsible in:

- Assist the Legal Counsel in all aspects.
- Represent to attend to summons by NLRC etc.,
- Facilitate coordination in case of cited violations by DENR, DOLE etc.,
- Responsible for the company due processes (NTE preparation, Admin Hearing, Case recommendation, NOD preparation)
- Assist HR Services in other tasks such as checking of agency billing and other compensation and benefits related tasks.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Advanced computer skills, basic knowledge in writing legal notices and decisions
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage
- With excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan
