HR Specialist, Compensation and Benefits Remuneration & Benefits (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Responsible for the implementation of company-initiated and statutory benefits for rank and file, and supervisory level of the company. Also, ensures that HDMF remittances of CSFI employees, regardless of rank and employment status are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (Business related course or Human Resources Management or Psychology is preferred) Attended any Webinar/Seminars offered by government agencies pertaining to Compensation and Benefits such as SSS Webinar Well versed Knowledge on Government Agencies (SSS, HDMF, PHIC) is an advantage. At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits administration Duties and Responsibilities: Administers company-initiated and statutory benefits for CSFI Ranks 2-6 employees. In-charge in the processing of the following benefits across all levels: Birthday Blow-out, Bereavement Assistance, HMO & Group Life Insurance enrolment/deletion and its billings, HDMF remittances. Processing and validation of clearances of resigned Rank and File & Supervisory employees on their respective accountabilities such as government claims/loans and other accountabilities. Prepares government report for newly hired and separated employees for government updating such as SSS R1A to be done thru on-line, PHIC ER2, HDMF request for transfer and consolidation of records and the like. Performs timekeeping tasks Performs administrative tasks such as transmittals, issuances of HMO ID, uniform issuances, filing of records and other related administrative tasks and other duties that may be assigned from time to time. With the joy and satisfaction of every guest who walks into our stores in mind, this food haven which began as a simple family restaurant now brings the familiar feelings of home and carefully prepared dishes to thousands of homes, event spaces, and offices across the country through continuous product innovation and service expansion that serve the needs of guests.
From the first Conti's Bakeshop & Restaurant in BF Homes, Paranaque, which opened in September 1999, Conti's Bakeshop & Restaurant has now four full-service restaurants in the nearby south, including Westgate Alabang, SM Southmall, and Nuvali. Customers in the metro and the North area also get to enjoy Conti's in its stores in Greenbelt 2, Blue Bay Walk Pasay, Serendra, Blue Ridge Katipunan, Robinsons Magnolia, Trinoma, Laurel Mansion Shaw, SM Megamall, and SM North EDSA.
Its roster of Bakery & Café, which serves Conti's signature baked goods and select dine-in favorites, also serves guests in the following areas: Alabang Town Center, SM Mall of Asia, Northeast Square Greenhills, Robinsons Manila, and Ayala Fairview Terraces.
