Graduate of bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related course At least 2 years or of experience in different facets of HR. Highly knowledgeable in MS Office and HRIS is an advantage. Ability to maintain confidentiality and can work with high levels of accuracy & attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, sound, written, and oral communication skills Flexible, adaptable, organized, and able to work to tight deadlines where required. Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Good problem-solving abilities. Team management skills. What will you do? Overseeing pre-onboarding and onboarding activities which includes coordinating with recruitment, HR, Admin, offer sheet/contract preparation and onboarding administration. Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed. Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees Act as a point-of-contact of third-party providers regarding concerns about HMO, background check, HR vendors and /or government agencies that relates to mandatory employee benefits. Perform other duties assigned as deemed necessary. Data, Metrics and Helpdesk: Resolve HR Helpdesk tickets in the HRIS System on a timely manner within SLA and on a professional manner. Manage employee data from shared folders/ excel data into our company's HRIS. Identify and solve any data entry-related issue. Maintain and update the database and regularly eliminate duplicate data Implementing relevant HR metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce. Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems. Compiling reports of data results and presenting these to senior managers. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations. Perform other duties assigned, as necessary.
