Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate is responsible on enhancing the employee experience, optimizing HR processes, and contributing to HR strategy development. They engage in close collaboration with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to analyze challenges and implement effective solutions, drawing upon their extensive HR expertise and analytical acumen. Furthermore, they are responsible for overseeing HR data and processes, ensuring data quality and process integrity, and driving system improvements. They serve as the go-to subject matter expert on HR technology within the organization, playing a critical role in talent attraction and retention, cultivating a positive workplace culture, and aiding in the attainment of organizational objectives .
Responsibility1: Project Management
Owns activities and supports Project Managers to the successful completion of HCM-related projects.

Tasks:
1.Coordinate with different stakeholders for their requirements.
2.Prepare plans based on the requirements including perspectives and process diagrams.
3.Prepare project documents including materials specifications, quantity take-off and estimate, project timeline, etc.
4.Attend regular meetings for the projects.
5.Ensures that all works are carried out based on the specifications and standards.
6.Monitors the project and prepare status report.
7.Ensure completeness of project documents.
Responsibility2: System Process Governance
Defines, corrects, or updates the existing system process of HR in terms of its policy and procedure. Reviews and secures approval of documents pertaining to configuration design, in collaboration with the COEs.
Tasks:
1.Align and define business requirement.
2.Review and secure approval of documents such as but not limited to the following:
a. Personalized Feature Solution (PFS)
b. Change Request Document (CR)
c. Policy and Procedure Manual of HCM system (User Access Management)
d. Terms of Reference for Annual Support and Customization
f. Non-Disclosure Agreements
g. Data Privacy
3.Implements updates or improvements related to the respective functions, to align existing system process with HR's policy and procedure.

Responsibility3: Service Delivery
Provides support to a variety of functional issues pertaining to HCM software, and business intelligence needs.
Tasks:
1.Supports level 2 issues:
a. Front-end admin configuration
b. Liaison to HCM vendor for back-end configuration.
c. Collaborate with IT for database (technical) configuration.
2.Creates reports to support the COEs.
Responsibility4: QUALITY, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (QSE) MANAGEMENT
Ensure activities follow quality, safety, and environment standards of NGCP.
Tasks:
1.Complies with applicable regulations and standards of NGCP on QSE.
2.Strives for the continuous improvement of NGCP processes and procedures necessary for the achievement of corporate objectives.
3.Upholds the corporate policies and guidelines.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. With at least 2 years relevant experience handling HRIS or HR systems With project management experience Must have a strong critical, analytical and problem solving skills Must be a team player
Good verbal and written communication skills Can easily adapt to systems and technologies
