1The Learning Management Team Lead is responsible for leading and developing the Learning Management nightshift team. Learning Management supports the enterprise learning strategy and learner experience. Chevron Holdings Inc. (CHI) is a pioneer and leading multi-function Shared Services Center in the Philippines located in Makati City. With a workforce of more than 1,000, CHI delivers business services and solutions in areas such as finance, human resources, procurement, marketing support and information technology.
Chevron is accepting online applications for the HR Shared Services Learning Management Team Lead position through May 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PH Time. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Provide leadership for the Learning Management night shift team including performance management, organizational capability, coaching, resource management etc.
Support the enterprise and business learning strategies.
Implement initiatives focused on enhancing the learning management system, HR Service Delivery Model, and the Learner Experience.
Partner closely with internal learning partners and administrators.
Manage key activities in adherence to Chevron's learning management system standards.
Required experience and qualifications: Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related careers.
+5 years of experience in HR specializing in Learning Management. Regional or global experience is preferred.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience in HR Information Systems, preferably Workday and Service Now
Must be highly proficient in English.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
Teamwork and customer service skills.
Open to work on a flexible time, as needed.
Knowledge of the HR Service Delivery Model and how the various groups collaborate and partner together in TA processes.
Relocation Options: Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
International Considerations: Selected candidate will work in the Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
