The Shared Services Human Resource Head is responsible for leading the HR shared services team to deliver efficient, high-quality HR services across the organization. This role involves overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, driving continuous improvement in HR processes, and providing strategic HR support to business units. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy:Develop and implement the HR shared services strategy in alignment with the organization's goals.Lead, mentor, and develop the HR shared services team to ensure high performance and professional growth.Collaborate with senior management to support organizational objectives and provide strategic HR insights.HR Operations Management:Oversee the delivery of core HR services, including payroll, benefits administration, employee records management, and HR information systems.Ensure efficient and accurate processing of HR transactions and services.Monitor HR service delivery metrics and implement improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.Policy and Compliance:Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure HR practices meet legal and regulatory standards.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within HR shared services.Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline HR processes.Lead projects aimed at improving HR service delivery and operational efficiency.Employee Relations and Support:Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.Address and resolve employee inquiries, concerns, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.Data Management and Reporting:Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of HR data and records.Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics to inform decision-making and strategy development.Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee information. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.Professional HR certification is highly desirable.Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a shared services environment.Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance.Proven experience in process improvement and project management.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
