Hr Services Associate - Project Management

Salary: 40,000 gross all in + 13th month pay, HMO, Leaves, Insurance
Location: Rockwell Business Center, Mandaluyong
Work set up: HYBRID (2days RTO, 3days WFH)
Work Schedule: Flexible Hours (APAC)

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years experience in HR project management
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems and best practices
• Familiarity with HRIS and automation tools
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodology
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, RPA preferred
