We are looking for an HR Services Associate - Offboarding to be part of our HR team. This role will be primarily responsible for off boarding, termination process and partner with cross functional team for vendor management, supporting audit, local statutory requirement and other operational assistance where needed.

Responsibilities • Execute all Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee lifecycle change processes and additional Tier 2 processes, such as offboarding and termination.
• Responsible for the knowledge base and HR Systems navigation to resolve employee and manager queries including Workday and HR library.
• Ensure high-quality standards for all activities, initiatives, and tasks within the designated functional area of responsibility.
• Adhere to all service level agreements (SLAs) established by the HR functional team. Appropriately documents case details and relevant information in the case management system.
• Coordinate between different HR operational teams to ensure and maintain data quality of employees' information in HRIS (Workday) and ServiceNow.
• Address operation issues and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Perform various types of reporting.
• Understands and follows compliance requirements for SOX, Employee Data Governance and other policy requirements.
• Participate in global projects and provide support to translation validation as needed.
Working Hours:
• EMEA Hours Temporarily (Might Include Night Hours)
• However, once the region is decided. Candidate will be working as per the region. (APAC, EMEA and AMER)
• Hybrid (Twice a week in Philippines Office)
• Immediately available candidates are preferred.

Qualifications • 3+ years working experience in human resources operations.
• Strong knowledge of offboarding processes, employment laws and regulations related to offboarding.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
