Hr Service Delivery - Global Payroll Senior Manager

OVERALL PURPOSE:  Incumbent will be responsible for Global Payroll delivery across in-house and Outsource Countries  RESPONSIBILITIES: Incumbent will be responsible for Global Payroll delivery across in-house and Outsource Countries.There are overall 17 countries that under scope with approx. 30 Pay runs. Incumbent will be responsible for overall Payroll Service Delivery and Compliance managing a team of approx. 150 resources servicing approx. ~75K pay slips monthly.  Role will be managing Pre payroll, Gross to net and external vendor partners Incumbent needs to have a solid understanding of Data management, Payroll Controls, corresponding Payroll failure points, and Ops rigor.  Should have managed a team of 50+ with multiple geographies (preferably ANZ). Should have a good understanding of STP, Superannuation, Tax Remittances and other Regulatory requirements. Should have had worked hands on SAP, Workday, though in the current role team will manage the same, but incumbent needs to have systems knowledge.
