What You Will Do As part of the People Services team, you will be in charge of providing Level 3 HR support to Nasdaq employees around the globe. In addition, you will work closely with different units in fulfillment of these activities:
Prepare relevant HR metrics to measure, track, analyze and report. Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly pre-established on-going reports and dashboards in line with HR's needs and future objectives. Fulfill various ad hoc reporting needs subject to a pre-defined service level agreement. Delivery of data analysis from a variety of sources with a strong emphasis on providing actionable insights. Maintain documents detailing reporting processes. Responsible for ensuring that data is accurate and presented in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to key partners. Document and conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure compliance procedures are followed. Work on audits to promote data integrity. Assist with the year-round operations for talent and rewards, including the companywide year-end talent/compensation process. Assist with the rewards and recognition program Review of merit increases, equity awards, and bonus recommendations to ensure data is ready for formal review by the HR business partners with their business leads. Work on the performance calibration review. Assist with goal setting process. Prepare benefits billing and complete benefits audits. Perform other benefits support tasks. Produce work following set quality standards to achieve satisfactory quality and consistency. Continuously drive operational excellence. What We Expect Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in computer science or another similar field Work Experience: At least 4 years Exposure to employee data management and or employee data management platforms – experience in Workday is a must Special Qualifications, knowledge within: Basic knowledge of current systems used by company, good excel skills, attention to detail, some prior experience preparing reports and HR Projects Exposure to employee data management and or employee data management platforms – experience in Workday is an advantage A keen eye for detail and a good problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills Strong communication skills and the ability to think outside of the box Have intermediate Microsoft Office application skill Flexibility to work across all shift schedules (morning, mid, night) and to work on some PH holidays based on business need Does It Sound Like You?
