SUMMARY OF ROLE
**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Delivers routine HR reporting and responds to basic to intermediate ad hoc data requests
Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of human resources operations
Responsible for building executive-level dashboards that include a variety of HR metrics including attrition, span of control, diversity and other HR information by business unit.
Supports the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
Responsible for implementing processes which ensures data accuracy in the reports being delivered.
Provides value-added analysis to interpret the information being represented in the reports provided.
Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
Provides the support required producing all reports utilized for regulatory and compliance purposes by partnering with COEs as needed.
Ensures processes in place to regularly audit HR data and reports issues to local HR Ops teams to correct data.
Participates in various HR Projects and delivers the source data for the analysis in the project team.
Collaborates with other functional leaders on HR data feeds into data from the rest of the organization.
Responsible for ensuring that they respect and observe applicable data privacy guidelines when handling sensitive data.
Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations
Performs other duties may be assigned
**Minimum Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
Basic stats descriptive/predictive - reporting - presentation of data
Advanced knowledge in excel
**Preferred Requirements**:
Experience with HR information systems and reporting modules preferred
Excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail; process oriented
Excellent communication skills, written and oral, and interpersonal skills
Exposure to Human Resources processes preferred.
Extensive experience working with SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HR software platform
Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik or other similar software.
Background in lean / CI
The ability to make observations based on the data presented and/or identify areas where further drill down may be necessary to draw conclusions.
Excellent Analytical, Data Management and Presentation Skills
Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic.
Proven customer service, significant experience related to verbal communication skills, process improvement, problem solving, teamwork, and quality assurance.
Knowledge of Human Resources
Demonstrated partnering and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under pressure
