Hr Recruitment Support Staff (Project-Based)

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or BSBA-Human Resources
- With or without experience in recruitment and sourcing
- With knowledge of the recruitment process
- Proficient in MS Excel/ google sheet

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Sourcing for Production Operator
- Conduct interview process
- Prepare daily report
- Provide assistance to recruitment team for the overall process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Php450.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cabuyao City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
